Purchased from the original owner’s estate, the goal with this 1974 condo in SW Portland’s brutalist style American Plaza Towers was to highlight the clean lines while maintaining several original key details. Perched in the mature tree canopy, we restored original mirror accents, wallpaper and cabinetry and added modern updates including quartz countertops, porcelain terrazzo floors and new appliances.
