A classic Palm Springs mid-century modern home designed by William Krisel, built by the Alexander Construction Co. Purchased as an incomplete flip, we continued renovations and extensive work to landscaping and systems. Architectural features to enhance the home were added, including a shadow block privacy wall and clerestory windows framing the view of Mt. San Jacinto. Featured by Houzz and Atomic Ranch Magazine.
