Purchased from the original owner’s estate, this home in the Tamarisk neighborhood of Rancho Mirage sat vacant for six years prior to our ownership. Popcorn ceilings, carpeted bathrooms, shuttered windows, overgrown or dead landscaping, original systems were removed or replaced.
